Bible Correspondence Course Leads Prisoner to Faith
Joel is 35 years old and worked as a mechanic before he went to jail. He was found guilty of stealing and selling vehicles and is serving 10 years in prison. When he connected with LHM—Kenya staff who were visiting his prison, he shared that he was an atheist. He learned about LHM—Kenya when he enrolled in their Bible Correspondence Courses as a way to pass the time in jail. While working through the lessons, the Holy Spirit led Joel to faith. Joel now shares the Gospel with his fellow inmates and encourages them to learn about Jesus, too.
