God is love, and in Jesus we have the perfect example of God’s love for the world. In Nurturing Your Faith: To Live Is to Love, we learn of the four life-affirming “loves” the Bible speaks of. We are reminded that God’s love toward us is transformative, changing hearts by His grace into people who live by faith in Him and love for one another.

God is in the mission of leading His people to lands of promise and restoration—just as He did in the days of Moses so He does for us today. As His people, we are to live in a life-giving manner. In this we are guided by Jesus and His agape compassion and care for the world. In short, we are to live out the love God has selflessly expressed to us, ever pointing to the One who gave His all for our salvation.
