A pastor of a congregation in a rural area reached out to LHM—Sri Lanka to work together and provide basic necessities for children from families that cannot afford to buy them. The LHM ministry center collected materials for a gift pack with basic school supplies and shared them with those who attend their children's program as well as others in the community. The pastor followed up with LHM—Sri Lanka staff and told them what a blessing the gift packs were. He said that more than 30 people have begun attending worship services, and the children's program created opportunities to visit non-Christian adults in the community and share the Gospel message with them.
