Chhun is a high school student who comes from a farming family. Her parents do not make much money and cannot afford her or her sister's education. Her family practices a non-Christian religion, but her parents are not firm in their faith. Chhun decided she wanted to search for more meaning in her life and educate herself on religion. She connected with LHM—Cambodia staff when she was waiting to interview for a scholarship. The staff told her about Christianity and shared the Gospel message with her. She expressed interest in learning more about Jesus and wanted to go to church with some of her friends. LHM-Cambodia staff members continue to meet with Chhun as she learns more about the Christian faith.
