Stepan is a dentist and has volunteered for medical missions in the past, which is when he learned about LHM-Paraguay. After being introduced to the LHM-Paraguay staff, he set up a time to meet with them in his home. He shared that he has been struggling in his personal life because his family moved to a remote ranch at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and he doesn't get to see them often because of his job in the city. The staff members prayed with him and gave him booklets to help him overcome a crisis. They continue to stay in contact with Stepan and share uplifting Bible messages with him. He was so encouraged by the LHM-Paraguay staff that he decided he wanted to give back to his community by offering free dental cleanings to individuals who can't afford it. Stepan continues to talk to LHM-Paraguay staff as he grows in his faith.
