Are you ready for a two-day event that offers practical knowledge and witnessing tools to train you on how to be mission-minded disciples for Jesus Christ? Make plans now to attend a Regional Outreach Conference (ROC) when events resume this fall in Seattle and Orlando. ROC—Seattle will be held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church on Sept. 25 and 26. ROC—Orlando will be held at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel on Nov. 13 and 14. Both conferences will feature leading speakers on ministry, takeaway resources to use at home, inspiring worship, and workshops that focus on a variety of topics that address the needs of the church in the 21st century—all designed to empower attendees to share their faith in word and deed.
Don't miss your opportunity to rub elbows with best-selling author and researcher David Kinnaman, President of the Barna Group, as he helps to clarify the "lost" generation; be inspired by Rev. Gregory Seltz, Speaker of The Lutheran Hour®, as he shares his unique experiences through keynote and workshop presentations; and meet other pastors and leaders in the church who can shed light on what's working for them in their congregations.
Your registration includes all main-stage and workshop sessions; a dessert reception on Friday evening; lunch on Saturday; take-home tools; and continued training after the conference ends. Lodging is an additional cost, but discounted room rates are available for both conferences. Check the web site for more details.
