Men's NetWork Gives Back 2018

Looking for a chance to give back to your community this holiday season? Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, Lutheran Hour Ministries is encouraging the Men’s NetWork to spread some Christ-inspired joy. Men’s Network “Gives Back” is an opportunity for men to pay it forward in response to the blessings they receive from God.

With this event, there’s a little twist: beyond all the goodwill you generate, there’s a fun contest with three winning categories:

1. Most creative service idea

2. Most community-oriented project

3. Best “holiday-themed” dressed group

Each winning group will receive a $150 Amazon gift card.

Participants will receive a new Men’s NetWork stocking cap or one of our regular hats*.

This time of year tends to be very busy! The easiest approach may be to team up with another entity already at work such as a soup kitchen, homeless shelter, or nursing home. Maybe your group already knows a family that could use assistance with shoveling snow, food items, or warm winter gear.

If your church or men’s group is already hosting an event at which men can give back, all you have to do is register!
