| Reach Out to the Hispanic Population in Your Area |

 No matter where you are in the United States, Lutheran Hour Ministries' Spanish-language resources can bolster your outreach to Hispanics. Currently, radio stations on both coasts, the Midwest, and the Southwest are broadcasting Para el Camino and reaching people in 12 states across the United States. As the Spanish-language version of The Lutheran Hour®, Para el Camino is also available anytime online at www.paraelcamino.com. From there, users can access the most recent and archived sermons from The Lutheran Hour, request Spanish-language topical booklets, stop by the LHM storefront, link to the kid-friendly JCPlayZone at www.jcplayzone.com, read the Daily Devotion at www.paraelcamino.com/alimentodiario.asp, or leave a comment.
Para el Camino is also broadcast to South American radio listeners in Peru from AM and short-wave frequencies originating in Trujillo. Most recently, Latin CCM has begun airing the program from Huaraz, a Peruvian city of nearly 100,000. In Ecuador, two Internet Web sites, www.conpoder.com and www.conpoder.net, offer podcasts of the program. From the U.S., Para el Camino is making inroads into the Caribbean by reaching Cuba via WRHC Radio Cadena Azul 1550 AM. The station broadcasts from Miami.
Electronic media are central to fulfilling Lutheran Hour Ministries' evangelistic outreach objectives. "We're always pleased when the Gospel is advanced in countries beyond our United States borders," said Bruce Wurdeman, director of LHM's U.S. Ministries Division. "Knowing that Para el Camino is now available via the Internet in Ecuador or over radio in Peru is in keeping with LHM's long tradition as a quality media provider. Para el Camino is available worldwide, of course, through our own Web site dedicated to the program, www.paraelcamino.com. Knowing, however, that the program is picked up and transmitted by foreign outlets gives it a local flavor for people accessing it in those areas," he added.
