Event Attendee Sign-Up Sheets encourage
people to provide their name, address, e-mail
address and home church information so that LHM
can send them a monthly e-newsletter about our
ministry, urgent LHM news flashes, and occasional
giving invitations. Print and clip multiple copies
to a clipboard and pass it around at events. Each
sheet indicates where to send the sign-up sheet
