In 2008, Lutheran Hour Ministries received $343,771 in matching funds from the Thrivent GivingPlus program. In 2007, the income was a little more than $350,000.

Thrivent members have a huge impact on ministry when they submit a GivingPlus form with each gift. Thrivent matches $1 for every $2 a member gives to LHM, up to a $300 match annually. That means a member's $600 gift becomes $900, a $200 gift becomes $300, and a $50 gift becomes $75!
