From an 'Equipping' Workshop Participant in New York:

"I have taken workshops on evangelism in the past, and I always walked away thinking, 'How can I evangelize when I don't know enough about the Bible?' 'How can I speak to people about God?' Thank you for addressing my biggest hurdle in your 'Dispelling the Myths' discussion. You gave me confidence and reassurance that what I have been doing is on target. And here I thought that I was doing my own version of evangelizing! I have learned to keep it real by being truthful and open about my weaknesses, which is vital for bonding and reaching someone who needs comfort, guidance, and hope.

"My pastor says, 'God's love is for giving, and we are forgiven. God's love is for giving, and we should love, share, and engage others in the world.' As children of God, we really have no choice but to give back what He gives so freely.

"Thanks again for everything, and keep on spreading the Word."
