LHM program overview sheet
One-sided, 8 ˝ x 11" sheet explains briefly the many programs LHM offers to benefit churches seeking to reach the lost in their community and the world. Pastors and other interested people are encouraged to check the boxes of congregational outreach programs they are interested in and mail or fax it to LHM to receive additional information. Choose the color or black and white version.

To correctly copy this eight page order-of-service booklet:
- Copy page 1 (front and back cover) back to back with page 2 (booklet pages 2 and 7).
- Copy page 3 back to back with page 4 (so booklet pages 3 and 6 are back to back with booklet pages 4 and 5).
- Fold the outside sheet so the cover faces out. Fold the inside sheet so that booklet page 3 faces out.
- Insert page 3 between the covers.
