Aug. 24— CHENNAI, India: Chithra is a teenage girl living in the Madurai District of India, an area where illiteracy is common and the communities are in desperate need of repair. Two years ago, LHM—India started a chapter of the Project JOEL youth program in her neighborhood, Club No. 23, and it has significantly impacted her life.
