Where To Find Peace and Security

One day, a woman who was washing dinner dishes got toward the end of the pile, stopped and looked at the dirty coffee cup in her hand. She asked herself, "How many times have I washed this cup?"

The answerless question disturbed her. She wondered, "Is this all there is to life? Is this all I'm supposed to be?" She set the cup down, went to her bedroom, packed a small suitcase, and walked out the front door.
