Easter TV Trio to Air during Lent
Special Web sites reinforce the Easter message

St. Louis, Mo., March 17, 2003 —For more than 25 years, Lutheran Hour Ministries' (LHM) television programs have proclaimed the true message of Easter to millions of families. This Lenten season, three LHM holiday specials - "The Puzzle Club Easter Adventure," "Easter Is" and "3 Days" - return to air on local and network television stations across North America through April 20.

Designed for families with young children, "The Puzzle Club Easter Adventure" blends suspense and intrigue with the important Christian message of hope. The 30-minute made-for- television special features The Puzzle Club® detectives, Christopher, Korina and Alex, as they solve the case of a missing boy and his cat. Clues lead them into a life-threatening situation, yet they learn to overcome their fears through faith. "Easter Is" teaches the importance of love, kindness and giving through the animated adventures of Benji and his dog, Waldo. "3 Days" is a powerful drama that reenacts the Easter story through the eyes of Jesus' disciples.

Lutheran Hour Ministries reinforces the meaning of Christ's passion with Easter Web sites designed to teach, encourage and entertain. "Puzzle Club" fans can unravel clues to "The Puzzle Club Easter Adventure" mystery during television broadcasts. Or, they can log on to The Puzzle Club Family Activity Center, www.puzzleclub.org, to enjoy the drama in RealAudio on demand. Visitors to this family friendly site can read the written story adaptation, order a colorful free picture book, view a 30-second program promotion or learn more about The Puzzle Club characters. The site also includes a host of practical parenting ideas.

Parents can study the death and resurrection of Christ at www.lentendevotions.net with daily devotions. Or, they can learn about Lenten and Easter symbols at www.lhmint.org/easter.
